Pilates
Pilates is a fitness based wellness system created in the early 20th century by German born Joseph Pilates. Pilates focuses mainly on strengthening the core abdominal muscles, hips, buttocks and thighs collectively called the "Powerhouse". We also combine breath, control of movement, precision and awareness to cultivate strength both physically and mentally. Through these actions, we correct our posture, strengthen muscles from deep within and bring radiance and vitality. Pilates Reformer, towers, arc, and Wundachair are all available during your Private Pilates/Private Group Pilates session. Come and see the difference Pilates can have on your mind and body in as few as 5 sessions.
