Flux & Flow/Pole + Heels Lo Flow Choreo Workshops with Kirstie Ellerbee $125 • 1 visit • Learn heel forward choreography focused on the lower half of the pole and the floor. Small details, weight distribution, using heel edges and the like will be highlighted. While this workshop is taught with heels in mind, students are welcome to wear their sexiest pair of socks. Kneepads required, layers encouraged &

Tell mom or dad that you can join the circus for your birthday right here in town! Grab your Golden Ticket and come explore a world of pure imagination: learn to juggle, swing on the trapeze, twirl on the hoop (not a hula hoop, but we have those too!), wrap up in a cocoon with the stretchy hammock stretchy, learn the trick to walking a tightrope using low balance beam, and maybe even climb a rope or fabric! Have loads of fun exploring the the world of circus arts right here at home!

Don't want to leave the ground? No problem-- we've got that covered too! Have a Kidding Around Kids Yoga birthday party with fun yoga games! Learn how to pose like an elephant-- or a crow-- or a dog! Can you put them all together now? There is no "cake" pose, so you'll have to bring your own cake and supplies--but we've got the rest!

$150 for 6 kids for 2 hours (90 minutes of structured games, 30 minutes for cake & presents)
